Do you feel like you’ve been trying to chase productivity in your life but find yourself feeling overwhelmed? Do you try to set your goals but wonder why you can’t seem to stick to it? Check out our latest series to help you with improving the way you look at productivity. Participate in this two-part workshop which will help you get to the core of efficiency in your life.

Part 1: Aligning Your Expectation and Motivation
Saturday 19 September, 10am-12pm
Duration: 2 Hours
We learn to identify what our core values and habits are but we sometimes fail to find the strategy and formula to sustain them. This module helps you understand how your mind is wired and helps you understand how to manage not only your expectations but other people’s expectations as well – Some of our personal goals are also contingent on other people’s. You will learn to approach your goals in a more mindful way and link them to your expectations and motivation.

Part 2: Maximizing Your Time to Achieve Flow
Saturday 26 September, 10am-12pm
Duration: 2 Hours
We all define time in a different way and a lot of times we don’t keep track of how effective we have been using our time. This module helps you quantify time in a realistic manner so you can create a sustainable decision matrix. Through our frameworks, you can easily compartmentalise your priorities, understand your energy levels, and get more done effortlessly.
