Itinerary – What you’ll Experience
Join us in shared breath as we journey together as individuals within a collective. Allowing these moments of connection to reflect back to us what we need to learn. With each inhale, we awaken, filling ourselves with light and purpose. With every exhale, we release, unburdening our hearts and minds. We expand our awareness, embracing the beauty of connection. We find solace and soothe in serenity and stillness.

Your Facilitators
Hansen Lee: Hansen is a yoga, movement & breathwork coach. He is also the founder of Ommosapiens, a unique space for optimising integrated fitness. He has taught yoga over a decade and spreads the message of holistic well-being by living an authentic, well-examined life.
Sarah Lian: Sarah has turned her attention to crafting safe spaces where souls can gather and rediscover themselves through Supparetreat. She believes in nurturing environments that invite people to unlearn, learn, and relearn. Through her sound healing and advocacy for self-love, she has witnessed countless lives transform their own beliefs and embrace their true selves.
