Managing Fear – Workshop #2

Time: 8:30-10:30pm
Date: Wed 10 Jun
via ZOOM

What to Expect:

If we want to change something, we first become aware of what is not working for us, we then re-calibrate that to something more useful, and when that has been put in place, we become cause for change.

In this session you will:

  1. Learn about how fear impacts your thinking process

  2. Have an introduction to the TEA process that will become your awareness guide.

  3. Explore and practise a simple tool that will help you get to the root of the issue.

  4. Understand how to change your perspective around fear and how it can benefit you.

  5. Experience a live coaching session of ARC in action using everything learned and seeing what change can look and feel like.

  6. Question & Answers session at the end to clarify so that you walk away with understanding and knowledge of how to use all the information to your best advantage.

Who will Benefit?

  • This is for anyone who feels held back by their own fears about themselves, their life, or their future.

  • The truth is, we all have thoughts, fears, or beliefs that are counterproductive to us achieving our goals or feeling good about ourselves. The secret is not about ‘not having them’, but rather how you manage them so you can bounce back faster by building a super helpful mindset that will get you on the right path, as quickly as possible.

  • This is for anyone who’s ready to start making some changes in their life.
