This course includes a rich adventure into the human mind and its capabilities, using practical exercises and psychological explanations, as well as a guided self-hypnosis session at the end of the course. We do advise you to keep a journal nearby in case you want to take notes or write down your thoughts and emotions about the different exercises you are about to experience.
