Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Supparetreat, we understand that life happens, and plans can change. Our policies are designed to be as fair and flexible as possible, while also supporting the integrity of our planning and event execution.

Ticket Purchases for Events, Workshops & Retreats

All ticket purchases are considered final. However, we offer the following options should you need to cancel:

Cancellations with 14 Days’ Notice or More

If you inform us at least 14 days before the start of the event:

  • You will receive a full credit to be used for any future Supparetreat event, workshop, or retreat.
  • Credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issuance
  • Credits are non-transferable and must be used by the original ticket holder.

Cancellations with Less Than 14 Days’ Notice

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or credits for cancellations made within 14 days of the event. This is because venue bookings, materials, and other logistics are secured in advance.

Missed Events or No-Shows

No refunds or credits will be issued for missed events or no-shows without prior notice.

Name Transfers

If you are unable to attend and would like to transfer your ticket to someone else, please email us at [email protected] no later than 48 hours before the event begins. We will do our best to accommodate the name change.

Event Cancellations by Supparetreat

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule an event:

  • You will receive a full refund or may opt to receive a full credit for a future event.

  • We are not responsible for any additional costs incurred by attendees (e.g. travel, accommodation, etc.).
