I built Supparetreat because I needed it to exist. For most of my life I tried to control everything — and when it all fell apart, I realised the only thing left to do was go inward. I found what it felt like to be truly held in a safe space. And once I did, I could not stop wanting to build that for everyone else.

A journaling path is a free, five day guided experience that arrives in your inbox — one thoughtful prompt a day, on a theme you choose. A quiet, private way to begin understanding yourself better, entirely at your own pace.

Emotional work

This path gently explores the experiences that shaped you — the early patterns, beliefs, and emotional habits that quietly run your adult life. Through five days of reflective prompts, you begin to see where certain reactions come from, and how much more choice you have than you realised. Compassionate, never clinical.

Self Love — Your relationship with yourself
Self-compassion

Five days of prompts designed to shift how you speak to yourself. Not affirmations or toxic positivity — real questions about the standards you hold yourself to, the care you extend to others but withhold from yourself, and what it would mean to actually be on your own side.

Growing a Helpful Mindset — The stories you tell yourself
Mindset

The mind is a storyteller — and most of its stories were written a long time ago. This path examines the narratives you carry about what you are capable of, what you deserve, and what is possible for you. Five days of prompts to notice, question, and gently rewrite.
