In this first session, Hannah will describe how attraction actually works by revealing four main types. Discover what creates that electricity and magnetism to a person and what switches it off. Understand how to discern between ego and soul attraction and as couples why we get turned off or turned on in our relationships.
P.S... none of the four types of attraction are physical.

This course walks you through breathwork from the Polyvagal Perspective. It was designed to combine the science and theory behind our breathing patterns and practical exercises to help hack into our breathing patterns and be able to smoothly transition from one breath state to another.
It is both suitable for beginners and people with more experience with breathwork.
This course includes: theory, practical exercises and a bonus 30-min wind down meditation session. We do advise you to keep a journal nearby in case you want to take notes or write down your thoughts and emotions about the different exercises you are about to experience.
