Part 3: Maximizing Your Time to Achieve Flow
We all value and define time in a different way. Some of us are unconscious of how we have used time because we don’t keep track of it. Whether you have too much time or too little time, this module allows you to quantify time in a realistic manner so you can create a sustainable decision matrix. The framework highlights the areas of your life that can create the biggest impact should you choose to invest your time in it.
Learning how to strive for quality goals instead of focusing on the quantity of your goals allows you to stop overestimating your capabilities and underestimating the amount of time needed to achieve each goal. Through this module, you can better prioritize your action items, take control of your mental energy, and get more done effortlessly.

- We will be recording this session but will only be recording the coach and not any of the attendees in the workshop.
- We recommend that you turn on your cameras as our workshops involve a high level of engagement and participation among the coach and each other.
