New Moon Ritual

The New Moon is a moment to ask yourself important questions or sketch out big dreams, which you’ll pursue during the upcoming lunar cycle and beyond. The themes of the new Moon are ones of invitation and attraction: “What am I ready to invite in?”. Consequently, most new Moon rituals are centered on planting seeds for the future—which makes sense, when you think about what’s happening celestially. Manifest what you desire and learn how to visualise this experience so it comes to fruition. Join others in a collective experience and be a part of this ritual together. What to Expect:

• Grounding Meditation
• Affirmations
• Journalling
• Gratitude Closing

What you’ll need to prepare:

• Journal, Pen + Paper (allocate a special journal for your intention setting)
• Quiet Place with little to no distractions
• Mood Makers: Crystals/Sage/Diffuser with Essential Oils/Candles
• Vision Board: Put together a vision board of what you desire in your life

The room will be open 15 minutes before we begin if you want to get centered.
